can you be pregnant if you have symptoms of pregnancy a few days after sex?

i had sex with my gf a few days ago, but i mean i used a condom and am 100% sure that i used it right. but then again after that she gave me a handjob while in the ocean so i dunno if tht affects anything? anyways. its been about 3 days and she claims to have had a dream she was pregnant once and then today she claimed to feel morning sickness and headaches and a backache. i mean its been only 3 days? i used a condom. am i just paranoid or might she be pregnant?

Bit early but not impossible. I knew I was pregnant a week after I ovulation and had unprotected sex. However you have said you use a condom and you would have noticed after if it has split.
